Reyyev /RAY-yehv/ Vantage is a gruff, cunning, taciturn old man, who seized Uighiers from the previous ineffective monarchy in a near-bloodless coup several years before the Plagues. He was not known to have stabilized the kingdom before the Plagues hit.

Reyyev's son, Aaryev, is current king of Uighiers. There has been no mention of when or how the transfer of power occurred.
